Terms & Conditions

1. Service date and time is based on availability. No service during Public Holiday.
2. Service locations are only limited to Kepong area and selected area only.
Refunds will be made if your location does not fall under the service area.
3. Service must base on Client’s registered address (single).
4. Service must be made within 1 year from the purchase date otherwise the balance will be forfeited.
5. For high-rise buildings, we need to review the location of the outdoor units. No refund if the outdoor units are located at non-appropriate area that might cause high risk to our Technician.
6. For high-rise buildings, owner must obtain relevant permission from the residential management prior booking.
We maybe unable to fulfill the job request on weekends due to entry restrictions.
7. Additional cost may incur for out of scope services.
8. Client is permitted to re-schedule the servie for maximum 1 time only.
9. No cancellations are allowed after Client have made the purchase.
10. MY Air Conditioninng Services Sdn. Bhd might review and amend the terms and conditions from time to time.

Delivery Policy

For services, the Expiry date is 1 year from purchase date. For products, it is subjected to stock availability. We will check the appointment date with client.

Limitation of Liability

1. In no event shall My Air Conditioning Services Sdn. Bhd. Be liable for damages resultings during services or any My Air Conditioning Services Sdn. Bhd. Products or services, or for any incidental , indirect, punitie, or consequential damages in connection with the servies agreement or in connection with any products or services provided. In no event damages in connection with the servies agreement or in connection with any products or services provided. In no event One Hunderd Only (RM 100).

Right to terminate services

My Air Conditioning Services Sdn. Bhd. Reserve all rights to terminate the services. We apply no refund policy.

Purchase Cancellation/ Refund Policy

The expiry date of the service is 1 year from purchase date. For products, it is subjected to stock availability. Client is recommended to consume the products or services purchased.

Purchase cancellation/ Refund Policy as below. Client must fill in our cancellation form.

In case Client purchased one time service and intended to cancel the service, we will charge as following:

(a) five percent of the full contract price
(b) the cost of any goods the consumer used or is keeping; or 
(c) the portion of the full contract price representing services received by the consumer. 
(d) inspection cost

The refund will be available within fourteen days of cancellation.

In case Client purchased packages, consumed partially and intended to cancel the future services, we will charge as following:

(a) five percent of the full contract price
(b) the cost of any goods the consumer used or is keeping; or 
(c) the portion of the full contract price representing services received by the consumer. The normal one time service charge rate will be charged to the Client for the usage of the package, balance will be deducted 5% of the full contact value and then to be refunded to Client.
(d) inspection cost

For example: If Client purchased 2 units Wall Mount cleaning services at RM 300. But one time cleaning services charge rate is RM 160. In case Client already consumed one time cleaning service and intended to cancel the balance service, the refund amount will be (RM 300 – RM 160), deduct 5% of the full contact price, which the refund amount is equal to RM 125.

The refund will be available within fourteen days of cancellation.

Online Store Policy

(a) Online Store only applicable in Malaysia only.
(b) Products will be arranged for delivery once payment is received and completed.
(c) Products sold are non-refundable if the packing is unpacked or damage.
(d) If customer return the goods as its sold condition (in original packing condition) within 7 days, client can request for refund with deduct 5% of the full purchase price The refund will be processed within 14 days.
(e) Products will be delivered within 7 days, subjected to arrangement.
(f) For products warranty, please refer to details as listed in manufacturer’s warranty card or warranty condition.
(g) Genuine Parts are entitled for one (1) month warranty on manufacturing defect.

MY Air Conditioning Services Sdn. Bhd might review and amend the terms and conditions from time to time.
